Actually the sketched Alpina B7 pic was a christmas card to some of their customers teasing them of the upcoming model... it does look nice, I think the Alpina front spoiler works well with the wide mouth look of the new 7er

Could be, but if you notice that both of them are hidden the same way.
Both have the same spoiler and diffuser, but different sized tail pipes.
