Could you please inform us about FULL plan with details (A-Z) for the coming gathering?

I mean which resturant, how photos will be taken, route of driving in AD, etc...

I mentioned 4 issues in the feed back of last gathering (thread of april meet and eat), I wish you will consider them next meeting.

To clear things up.

The April meet and eat is not a BMWCLUBUAE sponsored event. It's just a few friends who decide to meet and eat :). So the rules for that meeting is set by the guys gathering.

Most of you who have been to club events know that these events are planned and well thought of, with rules and regulations, with a lot of :cid: to make sure everyone is in check:lol:
This is a big club event and you guys can rest assured that the board members will do their best to make sure everything runs smoothly. Thank God all I have to do is show up :rofl:

Thanks alquazi We wait for like this times so you reply inorder to make long story short ;) Very well said alquazi and yes all the events are well studied and well organised, whereas monthly meetings are friendly gatherings, you may bring your own camera and take as many pics as you like when sometimes we are not able to make a photoshoot :)

I'm in also. I have one concern AGMC parking is a little to small for us. Think on JBR again as is on the way. and about t-shirt i need one very big. membership fee i will settle then i forgot on our last meeting to do it. :blah:

A few "tips" for all of you: (;))

- Friends/family members are welcome. They will enjoy the day just as much as you!

- BMW Club UAE membership fee will prove its worthiness in that single event ALONE! Never mind the rest of the year! I strongly suggest you pay it at the rally point if you haven't already. There is a "surprize" for those who paid it on the event day. ;)

- VERY IMPORTANT! Please bring your cars in top-tip condition!! You'll find out why when you get there.

- And as always, please arrive with a full tank of petrol. Stopping at the gas station with this number of cars is HIGHLY impractical. Please help us by spending a few minutes at the pump in the previous day.
