It could possibly be a faulty TPMS.

[BMW E60] Tyre Puncture Warning on Good Condition Tires
I just came to office with a "tyre puncture" warning still on my E60 dashboard. I was driving to work then this warning showed up so I headed to ENOC station to check the tires.
The mechanic said they are in good condition and repressured the air but the warning still there. He advised me to visit BMW to fix the computer error.
I never dealt with BMW computers and I don't feel I want to. Any ideas?
