New rear Non-RFT tyres - first 200 miles = Oversteer

Just replaced my old RFT Bridgestone tires and put two rear tires on my 2010 X5 – Altenzo Navigator 315/35/R20 (NON-RFT)

On the front I have Yokohama Advan sport 275/40/R20 (Non-RFT), still in a good condition.

The car is lowered on Kw V3

Now, Steering seems lighter than before, and requires tiny corrections specially at the highway speeds and the Traction control is blinking sometimes.

Is this just the break-in period??? Will this go away?

New tyres generally need around 500kms to break in properly.

In addition, always stick with the well reputed brands for tyres. Not worth saving money on tyres.

Did you get the alignment done when you put on the new tyres?

Ok. I just checked the Altenzo web site and it appears that they don't produce any high performance tyres.

The navigator tyres you have on your car have a traction rating of "A". I would put these tyres on a Prado or Pajero, but not on an X5. The speed rating is also "V". You should have "W" or "Y".

      Thanks Hasan

      What does traction "A" mean?

In this case I have Traction "AA" at the front and "A" at the rear.

Which means more grip front and less grip rear! is this right?

I don't think this is a tyre related problem. I might be wrong, but doesn't seem to be a tyre related problem.
