Can someone list examples of what the combinations should be?

19":
Not lowered, Front 8.5 + Back 9.5 + ??? offset.
Not lowered, Front 8 + Back 9 + ??? offset.
Lowered (Sport H&Rs) + ... + ... + ...

Etc Etc.
