Legal and cheap doesn't practically exist when it comes to engines, especially NA engines.
The best bang for your hard-earned buck is chip tuning; relatively cheap, untraceable and hence legal.Comment

may be you are talking the " amman " way of tuning ,
i.e using toyota 1ggze supercharger ( sc14 ) , right ???
it does make a loud noise that drives police attention
plus the gained performance is not that WOW :nono:Comment
