bisho why dont u just buy an m3 if u so much like it much cheaper than going here and there and try adjusting ur car to proove a point u can get it now for 60,000 still its an m3 i mean calculate it this way if u sell ur 330 or whatever u have and buy an m3 it almost gonna cost u the same price if u intend to go for modification on 330 ..plus these modifications on three series are done by BMW not by anyone so u get urself a good deal and chill out on the ego buisnuess...BTW u can buy ahmads car if u like it that much:P sorry guys i couldnt resist:D

let's see how a 330 can beat an M3..

if we wanna go theoretically we can use the power to weight ratios:

E46 M3: 343hp/1.56tons = 219.87bhp/ton
E46 330: 231hp/1.475tons = 156.61bhp/ton

so the cheapest way to do it IMO is to strip out 425kg which means you can take out all the interior, roof, doors and fenders..... hmmmm wouldn't look that nice though :D

By the way I just opened this thread to study with you the effect mufflers reducing or increasing the HPs from technical point (like pressure etc.), I really do not know why thread took different track lol :D and I am sorry if I was a reason.
