Aggressive Driving Campaign invitation by Dubai Police.

Guys, Dubai Police has come up with a road safety campaign titled ‘Aggressive Driving Campaign’. This starts from the 2nd November and runs for 2 weeks. However on the 7th November, Friday, they want the car and bike clubs in the region to participate for a rally around Dubai – starting from Al Mamzar beach at 4:00pm, all the way to Dhiyafa road, Jumeirah beach road and then the final stop at the Dubai Autodrome. Dubai Police will be doing a lecture about this campaign, giving out flyers prizes etc… and if the Autodrome track is available, there will be a lap around the circuit. The media will be around during this day with coverage on TV, Magazine and newspapers.

I know it's such short notice, but the details just came in. It'd be great if we could take part. It's nothing big, we are already in these areas from Thursday to Saturday anyway :) Let's do what we always do...

P.S: Just noticed that it's the same date as RLC R4....Hence, I can't take part.

Great organization by the Police:rolleyes: they should've checked with the Autodrome first to see if there are any events taking place that day

I guess most of us will wait for them to show up at the track to join them
